Remote patient monitoring is a program where during the course of your therapy, you will be monitored by clinicians and results are communicate with your doctor in real-time, throughout the program.

If we see any trends, complications or other situations that could lead to illness, or possible exacerbations, we will call you and alert your doctor in order to keep you safe and out of the hospital. 

This program requires insurance, but is recommended by nearly every doctor. You will participate in therapy and will receive a piece of equipment that you use during the day to keep track of your health and making sure you stay safe throughout the program.
